October 7, 2014
So, soon enough.

Apparently the first half of the season will be some kind of roadtrip for Crowley and Deanmon, while Sam is trying to figure out a way to help his brother.

Since it's going to be Crowley (awesome), and Dean (better brother), I expect a lot of cool stuff to happen on the road.
I'm also going to predict that Crowley will actually help turn Dean human again.
He does seem to have taken a like to the brothers, and ever since he was addicted to blood, he seems to have a few positive emotions in him.

Dean didn't seem that different in the premier. Maybe a little less constraint but that's it. I'm not even sure if he actually abandoned his brother at the end.

The premiere was seriously disappointing in my opinion.

I dost agree.
For a series start it was very... timid.
Very low to the ground.
Nothing big was really set up.

Second episode was really good.  Jensen Ackles killed it.its crazy how much better of an actor Jensen Ackles is than Jared Padalecki. Easily portrayed a bad guy better than Sam ever has. And by my count, Sam has been possessed or soulless far more often than Dean.

Yep, the second episode was a lot better than the first one, although from what I'm hearing they'll cure Dean already in the next episode, so, seems a bit like a waste.

Also, I actually like bastard-dean.
He is so entertaining to watch.

Dean was tits in the second episode. His fight with the special forces guy was hilarious. Not to mention he had Crowley both sad, and shitting himself.

I really wish we could have gotten more Dean+Crowley on the road.

Watch Crowley see how Dean slowly becomes less and less the person he used to be, and more of a murderous monster, until he decides to change things back, just because it seems to me, that Crowley, for all of the hell business, actually enjoys to have the Winchesters to play with and off of.

Like with Megatron and Starscream, where Megatron is asked why he keeps the schemer around, and Megs responds that it keeps him sharp.

Crowley needs to die and this show needs to end.

I wanted to see Dean do some shit he might actually regret doing. The stuff he did was that evil just dickish. Even killing that guy can be justified since he sold his soul anyway. For a second, after he escaped, I thought Sam turned him human but he still had Demon Deans personality. That would have been an interesting twist.

A few things, after having watched the episode finally.

It was better than the first two, which is nice.
After a weak start, the writing got a little bit better with each episode.
Crowley is the best part of the show, and I like how he finds justifications for himself why he keeps Castiel around, and why he cares for Dean (even if he says he doesn't).

I liked the stalking of Sam through Dean in the latter part of the episode.
Ackles is actually good at playing menacing, which is all the more reason to wish he would have remained demon.
That said, I'm not buying that he is truly human again. This went too neatly in the end, too fast and without a hitch.
Something was amiss.

Also, was that Abaddon at the end?

Well it wasn't completely without a hitch. He still has the mark.

not sure if that was Abby but that's a solid guess.
