Hodiak was, and she actually was part of the Inua as A'akuluujjusi. She was one of those that blessed the pouch, and apparently was part of the circle to pick the first Talisman

The Inua also aided the Ancient One to defeat Mauvais (Strange said he was unsure he could beat), so do not underestimate them.

Here is Piledriver augmented into a class 100 fighter which was said to be able to destroy a planet (amped by a Great Beast) and she took it just fine...actually absorbed the magic

At this point, Circe was finding out that she literally had all of Hectate's power. And let's skip over the fact that she took the last of the Greek Gods power with a flick and added to her own. The scans under the one you are referring don't help your case. As I stated, no one will be taking anyone's magic here. Unless Circe does it.
