This is a common story. Unfortunately, the worst thing you can do for a suicidal person is call 911. Because the cops will come, and then officer safety will trump all other considerations such as humanity and compassion and the suicidal person will wind up dead/injured and/or with criminal charges such as "resisting arrest" or "assaulting an officer" (breaking his hand with your forehead when he punches you.)

And in the city of brotherly love a cop is ready to demonstrate to beat and to serve.  Cause remember a bunch of educated youth are a threat to your demeaning behavior.

http://www.infowars.com/video-cop-threatens-to-beat-the-sht-out-of-teen-for-looking-at-him/

A Philadelphia cop will face disciplinary action following the emergence of a video showing him threatening to “beat the shit” out of a young man for merely looking at him.

“Hey, big man, you got a problem?” the officer is seen asking one of a group of teenagers who he is harassing. “Because I notice you keep trying to make eye contact.”

“Keep f*cking walking, and next time you look at me in my f*cking eye, I’m going to beat the sh*t out of you,” the officer exclaims, adding “Now get the f*ck outta here.”

The video was uploaded to Facebook originally ten days ago, presumably by the offending teen, or one of his friends, Damaris Abercrombie.

Since that time, the footage has been viewed almost 90,000 times and shared over 2000 times.

Abercrombie has not responded to requests for clarification of the time and location of the footage.

However, Police told reporters with NBC10 that they were aware of the incident and the officer in the video will be disciplined. However, they did not elaborate on the case or give any details of the punishment the cop will face.

Speaking with NBC10, a law enforcement source said that the officer belongs to the 19th District.

“The video does not reflect well on the officer,” an anonymous Philadelphia Police official said. “I have no doubt he had good reason to be exasperated but you have to maintain your professional demeanor.”

Remember kids, in the new America merely looking a police overlord in the eye could get you killed.

Pulled over for having an invalid license, the lights being off, and he matches the description.  Let's see what else we can make up here.
Dog gets a hit on the car. we're going to send your baby to CPS I think we can search your car Your constitutional rights are invalid.

http://thefreethoughtproject.com/traffic-stop-video-epitomizes-wrong-police-today/

“We’ll get CPS to take your baby!”

Sandusky, OH — A mother and father were on their way home with their 2 week old baby when they were stopped by Sandusky police officers.

Andre Stockett, the father and the passenger in the vehicle, and the man who took the video, has a good understanding of his rights when dealing with police.

Despite the police pulling over the vehicle, for an alleged “traffic violation,” they do nothing to the driver. Her license is run and it comes back valid so they have nothing on them, yet like bullies on the playground they begin ganging up on Stockett.

Stockett has committed no crime and has not been suspected of committing a crime, so he lawfully refuses to identify himself. This assertion of his rights does not go over well with the bullies on the playground, so Officer Denny throws a temper tantrum.
The K-9 unit is brought in.

As several media outlets have reported, K-9’s are not only often poorly trained, they are frequently wrong. They can also be taught to alert on cue.

Stockett says that he does not consent to any searches, which is well within his rights. However, Officer Denny knows how to avert these rights; bring in the drug dog.

Unfortunately in Illinois v. Caballes, the Supreme Court ruled that police do not need reasonable suspicion to use drug dogs to sniff a vehicle during a legitimate traffic stop and that a drug dog alerting to a vehicle allows them to search it.

Stockett could have contended that this was no longer a “legitimate traffic stop” but it seems that nothing was going to stop these jackboots from arresting someone.

After the dog allegedly ‘alerted’ to the vehicle, Stockett and his wife are told to get out of the vehicle. When they refuse, because they have a 2 week old infant in the back seat, these thugs threaten to take their baby!

“We’ll get CPS to take your baby!”

At this point in the video, if your blood is not boiling you are not a human being. The police continue to make up new reasons why they were pulled over and why they are being detained/arrested. It is absolutely infuriating.

The asininity peaks when officer Denny backtracks and tells the family that he originally pulled them over because their lights weren’t on, but it is clearly daylight outside.

Eventually under duress and the threat of violence, the family is forced to exit the vehicle. Stockett was arrest for, wait for it….wait for it, obstruction of justice. These harassing tyrants have the audacity to claim that it was this family who was obstructing justice and not their jackbooted thuggery. Unbelievable.
No drugs were found.

The only thing absent from this video is the Sandusky police tasering and beating the family, however the threat of stealing someone’s child stings way more than a baton every could.

Stockett, for good reason, says he plans to fight the charges of obstruction. Please share this article to let other police officers know that when they violate people’s rights they will be exposed.

Vid in the link.

http://thefreethoughtproject.com/hidden-camera-dui-checkpoint-exposes-vileness-american-police-state/

“He’s perfectly innocent, he knows his rights, he knows what the Constitution says.” mutters the power tripping jackboot cop as he tears apart this innocent man’s vehicle for no other reason than to flex his “authority.”

“It wasn’t a very good alert….” brags the other jackboot about the drug dog “giving them permission” to search this man’s vehicle. He was likely about to confess to just how arbitrary their decision was in violating this innocent person’s rights, when he spots the camera.

“Hey Jim……” and they realize they’ve been bamboozled.

Watching this video is incredibly grounding, we can see just how far the US has progressed into a totalitarian police state. These Stasi checkpoints are NOT for your safety, they are to condition innocent people into acquiescing to state intimidation. If you doubt that claim, research how many of these “DUI Checkpoints” actually catch people that are DUI.

Here are the numbers from the checkpoint that night:

250 vehicles passed through the checkpoint
20 vehicles were detained that required further investigation
 Three vehicles were searched
 One misdemeanor arrest was made
32 citations were issued: Two child restraint device citations, one DUI, 10 citations for violations of the registration law, four citations for violation of the light law, one revoked/suspended driver’s license, six financial responsibility (no insurance), six other driver’s license law violations, and two safety belt law violations.
Only one DUI arrest was made. One out of 250. 250 people were stopped, questioned, their rights violated, and faced potential and real harassment so this department could be 0.4% effective at stopping drunk driving.

http://www.myfoxdetroit.com/story/27349821/westland-police-fatally-shoot-mentally-disabled-man-with-a-knife

Cops kill mentally disabled man after his mother calls 911 and tells operator that her son is mentally disabled.

Cops kill him anyway, because cops.

BTW this is also the same city near me that I bitch about all the time for their abuse of civil forfeiture laws.  They are the definition of policing for profit.  Driving past the other day, I see they also have themselves a new Humvee.

The American Police Force is genuinely scaring me.
I mean, I'm all for giving folks a chance, but the kind of shit they seem to pull, and not get put into jail for is astonishing.

The amazing thing is American cops see themselves as victims of a public that neither appreciates nor understands them.

They probably justify a lot of it with the fairly-numerous amounts of cops in America killed in the line of duty. Basically, cops are violent because so many people are violent to THEM, and so they get pre-emptively violent, which makes more people hate the cops and want to be violent to THEM... you see how that goes.

Their training seems pretty shitty. My cop friend up here says he gets to see a lot of videos of American cops doing stupid shit that's blatantly unsafe, and probably leads to their extremely militant, violent Cop Culture.

Though a giant retarded man with a knife in the city streets is a pretty justifiable shooting to me- if he's too retarded to be trusted not to run around with a knife in public then it's probably for the best he's either in an institution, or dead. You know goddamn well if they'd let him off and he killed someone next time that people would be mad at the police for not making an arrest or something.
