Didn't Spider Man get his shit pushed in by Tombstone once?
I also heard that post other Spider Man, being cocky about his new strength, tried to take on Rhino without using webs or agility and got stomped badly. I am quite sure that pretty much every time Wolverine has taken on Wonder Man, Simon moped the floor with Logan.

I think after Tombstone got his powers, during their next fight Spidey broke his hand punching him. Dunno about anything else.

Justice League episode "Patriot Act" with all the normal heroes doing their best against the superpowered general. It was one long drawn out curbstomp battle but man was it one of the most memorable and touching episodes in the show.

Also from the DCAU, Inque vs. Old Bruce in Power Armor.

Some off the top of my head:

• Batman vs Prometheus. During their initial encounter, Batman was confident he could on Prometheus. Then Prometheus reveals the extent of his fight computers abilities, which includes Batman's moveset. The fight happened off panel, but we see Prometheus drop an unconscious and bloody Batman at his feet with a huge grin on his face, absolutely none the worse for wear. Batman later commented that the fight had been 'humbling'.

This one is still my favorite especially since Prometheus is the evil mirror image of Batman. I'm still waiting for Prometheus to show up in a big way in the New 52.
