Jesus Christ Abhi.

That was regular Genis. After he was killed by an insane Atlas Zemo used energy from the Big Bang and the Big Crunch to heal and resurrect him. Then he became Photon, who was more powerful than Insane Genis but not more effective.

Insane Genis is at least a Thanos+ level threat that will likely take control of Oan energy and Hal will lose too. He’s a team buster

lol, Photon couldn't even beat Sentry.

Hal definitely stomps here, decisively,

take control--are you saying mentally unstable Genis has greater control over willpower than Hal Jordan?

Please claim this.

Photon got the better of Sentry and was porting him everywhere before they got a chance to let loose.

And the way you say Sentry like it’s some mid tier jobber. A teambuster in his own right and higher when unleashed.

Hal struggled with Zod

Genis wins.   Way more powerful than Hal.

He can ressurect himself from the dead. And time travel.

...ok...?

So what's Hal going to do? Hal can neither kill him or over power him?

..based on what, exactly?

Your "..." As if after I have supplied proof of a statement, all you have to answer is with more questions. Then doesn't win you an argument. Insane Genis can was never beaten, can kill and resurrect not only himself, but others from death. Killed one of the two OG storm giants. (A battle with two would have destroyed Asgard-King Thor included).

Photon had more power, but was nowhere near as creative. Even then, he was beating Moonstone Zemo.

That was done by entropy only. Genis only provided a spark of power.

Anyway Hal wins. Photon (more powerful than Insane version) was killed straight up by Atlas.

Where do you get this "spark" notion?  Genis specifically describes killing Eternity and expresses being the main contributor.

And the OP says "Insane" Genis?  So the Atlas confrontation has no bearing on this.

Hal struggled with Zod

iirc it was a perfect stalemate.

Zod at standard levels dominated Cyborg Superman, Eradicator, and the suicide squad including  a fully unleashed Enchantress.

He was explilty boosted by Two yellow suns when Hal fought him.

..so no, struggling with 2x boosted Zod  is in no way a low showing.

yes, It is well above being matched by the Sentry, who was beaten by WWHulk.

'Beat the shit out of Genis', is your answer.

Hal Beat Krona boosted by 6 emotional entities and Zero Hour Parrallax.

Genis has nothing comparable.

Zemo only linked Genis to heal him, it wasn't a power up until Genis started to threaten the universe.

Except he busted no teams, he couldn't beat his future son, he stalemated Hyperion, Sentry and lost to Zemo and Atlas. Some teambuster that is, eh?

Firstly, it was implied that Eternity actually WANTED to die, which is the only reason why they were able to kill him in the first place:

https://i.imgur.com/vQuQ0Cn.jpg
Genis: "Eternity didn't want to keep going. Couldn't you tell that? If he had, do you think ENTROPY AND I could have bound him so easily? Or at all? "
And as the above scan implies, the issue reiterates that killing Eternity was still SHARED feat between Genis AND Entropy:
https://i.imgur.com/IcdUEOf.jpg
Entropy: "The universe will end eventually. But I tire of eventually. I'd put it, and myself, out of our misery now. I could, however, use your HELP."
https://i.imgur.com/Cl6cdYz.jpg
Intro page: "Hoping to enlist him in a quest to destroy his father, Eternity, and end all creation. Captain Marvel has agreed to HELP
Entropy ... THEY succeeded."
https://i.imgur.com/dQnxYne.jpg
Genis: "If it makes you feel better...it did slow me down while ENTROPY AND I were busy ending everything."
As for making Entropy go kablooey, I've never really been sure what to make of that. Aside from the fact that Entropy WANTED to end and be transformed, it almost seemed like *any* energy discharge of note could have done the job:

https://imgur.com/lbd8PZh.jpg

Entropy: "The very act of creation is alien to me. SOME SORT of energy discharge would be appropriate, I should think... But where to begin?"
That said, Genis had given his blaster an undefined "power boost":
https://i.imgur.com/vuSdQ4y.jpg
...Allowing it to do things like one-shot Heimdall, which is fairly impressive I guess:

Photon Genis was straight up said to be more powerful than Insane Genis.

Eternity does not help them to kill himself.  Eternity does not commit suicide.  So even if Eternity doesn’t put up any real struggle, the two of them still destroy the multiverse (yes, this was multiversal Eternity).  All matter in all of reality destroyed.  And even in Eternity’s state of not really wanting to live, it would have taken Entropy billions of years to destroy Eternity if he had to do it alone.  With the help of Genis, he is able to do it in something like a few days and it still requires the need to bound Eternity first.  It takes three Beyonders to do this over a period of time; a shared feat between the three.  That still puts each of the three on a level seriously above Hal.

Also, Entropy never says that “any” type of energy charge would suffice.  He says that “some” type of energy charge is needed.  He just doesn’t know what that energy is.  “Some” denotes something specific as opposed to “any”.  Genis provides that specific energy and it is clear from early on that Genis is channeling his power through his gun for “visual drama” (something he expresses to Heimdall).  There is no mention of providing a “spark”.

Genis is not yet Photon when Atlas attacks him, so basically that is just regular Captain Marvel Genis.  Even Zemo states that Genis would have healed himself and come back on his own, but he was trying to enhance Genis in order to heal him of his lingering mental instability.  Zemo was trying to prevent Genis from destroying the universe as he envisioned, yet accidently linked Genis to Big Bang energy.  So clearly, Zemo felt that Genis was a universal threat before Atlas attacks him and Genis is portrayed as a universal threat through the insanity storyline.

Genis flat out states that he kills him.  States that he crushes him.  Binding Eternity I what they do together.
