^^^In his defense, Robin Williams did the same thing.

That said, the trailer was meh. The cave looked cool, but, Alladdin did not look hansome AT ALL, and this just doesnt seem to be translating to live action well, from what little we see. The parrot, the monkey, the elephant, they just look too ‘real’? The fun in the cartoon was their human attributes.

For me its Alladin, man. He just looks BAAAAAD.
I could wotk w. Jafar as long as he brought the evulz but Alladin’s supposed to be a good looking athletic guy. His look is more important to the package than Jafar’s i think.

Yeah, Aladdin doesn’t have that boyish charm but as this is my favorite Disney flick, I will wait and see.

I'm hoping! Even early Avengers trailers looked pretty scary in how the CGI came out.

I am HOPING that this is in response to the cover photo where the Genie was not blue and Disney rushed to get this out there.

And Riv1, that's honestly the best response I've heard to "Will Smith is playing Will Smith again." What I am worried though is...we better not get a damn hip hop version of Friend Like Me!

Jack Black is horrible as is everyone who likes him.

I like being horrible.

But really, no one but Williams can really do anything but their own take on the character and leave it at that. That character WAS Williams, you cant re-do that.
