Depends on the version.
Most if not all those versions of BB are physically superior to DD, some are mentally deficient, but BB (and Hyde) just has a bad time against street levelers (specifically Nightwing), despite usually having the stat advantage.

DD 6-7/10.

Thats who i’d give DD 6-7 against. DD doesnt have the gear NW used (like the non lethal shotgun) but he’s the tougher better fighter to even it out.

Blockbuster’s even less consistent than Hyde. Pre-Crisis, he was Batman’s whipping boy but Wonder Woman said he was nearly as strong as she was
