Xbox Memory Capacity Question...
« on: December 22, 2018, 01:04:42 AM »
Pretty good score yesterday!

EA Games had a corporate function with us & gave the kitchen a box of free games...I ended up taking home about 12 new games to add to my kid's Xmas pressies.

Anyway I noticed his Xbox's memory capacity is about 70% full...does that mean he won't be able to download & play much more games???

Is there like an external Xbox memory hard drive available on the market?

I believe you should be able to clear the storage and free some up.  If you dl'd stuff from online you can always add it back later.  Non-issue.  That or just get another external.

You just have to make sure the external HD is 3.0 (might only need to be 2.0) and has at least 256G of space. I just got a Seagate 2TB external for like $100. They’re not terribly expensive. If you already have one thet meets specs, you can roll with that, but whatever is in there already will get wiled by the XBox during formatting.
