Rear Window & Fright Night
Suburbia.

Sure you don't mean Disturbia? I haven't seen either film (Suburbia or Disturbia), but I'm aware that Disturbia has a similar premise to Rear Window.
You’re right, my bad!
Disturbia is actually really good.

The Rear Window premise is so classic, i’m surprised there arent more movies, actually.
I still see the premise get done on TV all the time.

Knock knock. Who’s there? I broke scourge. HAHAHAHA!

The first Cars movie was just an animated Doc Hollywood.

A hip outsider moves into town, ruffling the feathers of the local authority figure. Eventually, the outsider makes a few friends of the local populace, finds himself a lady connected to “the big bad”, and leads a bit of a revolt against and upsetting the status quo. Also, gets in a few fights along the way, primarily at night.

Footloose ...OR... Road House??

The Incredibles and The Watchmen have the same plot too.  While they are both superhero stories, they have vastly different tones and audiences.

It was something I thought the moment I saw it in theaters.  I've seen it brought up on the internet every now and then.

Never looked up Upgrade, but the trailers did remind me of Venom, right off the bat.

A Fistfull of Dollars and Desperado.

The plot of A Fistful of Dollars has more in common with that of Yojimbo and Last Man Standing than Desperado. The first three all involve a mysterious stranger manipulating two rival factions into going to war with each other,

Those movies aren't just similar, Fistfull of Dollars & Last Man Standing are intentional remakes of Yojimbo.  The same with Disturbia being a remake of Rear Window. All the others mentioned are unintentional, simply having similar themes.
'cause justice is the one thing you should always find.
