With Reigns gone, will WWE fully invest in making Strowman, who pretty much made a face turn last night, into the new Reigns who was the new Cena?

Nah.

Brock is winning the belt at Crown Jewel and holding it until Roman returns.

It's not BS. Brock's going to win, and it's going to be just like Roman never happened. Brock will tear through Braun, Elias, Balor, Rollins, and maybe a few others like a returning KO if Reigns' treatment stretches out to a year+, and each time he's going to get more and more cocky and disinterested.

Then he and Heyman are going to give a promo talking about how he can not be beaten, and he has destroyed everyone and the entire WWE roster is beneath him, so he is retiring/leaving with the Universal Title as the only Universal champ to ever be worth a damn. He will demand they rename the title the Brock Lesnar Championship or something so that every ensuing "champion" knows whose shadow they reside in. As he is about to leave the ring for the last time, Reigns' music will hit to the mother fucking MONSTER pop that Vince has always dreamed of Roman getting, and that will set up the program for Reigns to get his belt back.

These next few months are basically just rewinding. WWE is going to make NO progress because Vince knows that this will make Roman the mega babyface he has always wanted, but he needs Brock to be the most hated man in the sport for Roman's return. The combination of hating Brock and being happy Roman is well will give him a huge boost.

So yeah, get ready for a year+ of completely negligible programming as WWE spins its wheels and basically plays the waiting game.

Your theory is flawed, as you described six years worth of matches. :P

I’d say six. I’m factoring in another UFC run/failed drug test.

In UNRELATED unrelated news, John Cena returns the Monday after Crown Jewel and challenges the new champion, beats him for a record 17th world title win, and announces he’s coming back full time...:P

AKA, its nice he has the stroke to opt out of that event.
Pretty sure other guys would do the same if they could.

Wow, that was the most lackluster build up/prelude to a world title match i’ve seen in a while.
lesnar just completely phones it in.

Well, i was wrong, i guess Daniel Bryan has enough strike to opt out of Crown Jewel.
Made for a nice televised championship match up.
