I have a quesshun about Wonduh Woman and I am gonna ask in a Brooklyn accent. Yuh with me? Can she be hurt by bullets, or what? I know she deflects dem wit' her bracelets. Right? But if she just stood dere and bullets from a machine gun fired at hur body, what happens, or what?

She can withstand the bullets, but it gets awkward.

Current Wonder Woman is not bulletproof, as recently established in JUSTICE LEAGUE #41 when she was mortally wounded by a bullet fragment ricocheting off of Superman's chest.

Crazy shit. Being able to hurt Superman but bullets can pierce you. Its kind of cool but weird.

Umm why did they think she could be saved by a regular doctor if she can be hurt by bullets.  Does she specifically have a bullet weakness?

Can't say for sure what the author had in mind, but since the main problem seemed to be blood loss, perhaps the Flash wasn't sure whether a transfusion of regular human blood would be suitable for an Amazon. He didn't strictly say she couldn't be saved by human doctors though, just that they didn't know whether she could be or not.

Well aside Superman,Cap Marvel or Surfer and few others lile Superman kind of clones almost all other(above)top tier have less piercing durability compared to the one the have against blunt or energy attacks.
Take Lobo, even a weak old woman could pierce him with a knife and at the same time he has traded blows with Superman and heat vision was nothing to him.

Problem here is that Priest could have had made it better, for example...making the rebel use some kind of special weapon, but that would have been too shi fi.

Priest was just upholding tradition. Diana not being bulletproof was established in her very first appearance back in 1941, and was maintained in the post-Crisis era, presumably because writers don't want the character to deviate too far from her original depictions.
