Remember the meme about Batgirl mopping the floor with an entire orc army?

Drizzt literally did that.

If Dracula turns to mist and has swarms of vermin and predators attack Drizzt, does Drizzt has an answer to this attack?

He'd quickstep away to find another avenue of attack or force Drac to "reconfigure" into a solid form. There's a strong possibility Drizzt's magic weapons would hurt Drac in his mist form as well.
Marvel Drac is pretty powerful
Drizzt has beaten some rather powerful characters/beings straight up. He's at the point, now, where he can fight guys whom are capable of killing dragons, bare handed, on even footing. Sparred with/fought a couple of high-ranking D&D monks, Grandmaster Kane (think Iron Fist + Shang-Chi + Pai Mei, if he'd reached "the final level golden glow", and had 100+ years experience, a large part of that fighting dragons), and the other is/was Affanfree (sp?), a lower ranking monk from Kane's order.

The former, literally, makes dragons "piss their pants". He's a semi-supernatural being at this point, given that he's about 130 years old, but looks like he's in his mid-to-late 30s, and seems to appear/disappear at his whim. Affanfree fought and killed a dragon in just a few shots with the spirit of Kane guiding/inhabiting him from afar; Drizzt was able to spar equally with him (Affa) without a clear winner. Later, Kane challenged Drizzt to spar with him, in an effort to help Drizzt heal his mind (long story), and also to show Drizzt that even for all of his martial ability, there are still challenges out there. They spar for awhile, with Drizzt actually getting some offense in, to the astonishment and even horror of the students watching. Kane wins, eventually, but he's thoroughly impressed with how far Drizzt has come in a short while, and hints that if Drizzt chose the path of the monk, he could surpass himself (Kane) thanks to his own natural ability, willpower and longevity.

Some of that is lip service, as Kane's rep is based upon exploits well-known from his past (re: beats dragons to death with his bare hands), but it's made clear that he's had no setbacks with his advanced age, and is maybe even better than in his youth. He's treated with crazy amounts of respect by everyone he crosses paths with. Including dragons.

D&D demons are named after the first/most powerful of their type. For example, balor demons (huge, bipedal, winged beasts that are also capable mages; Drizzt fights a particular one several times during his "career") are named after THE Balor. Drizzt fights and kills Merrilith, a 6-armed demon (human upperbody, snake lower half). Merrilith are known to be incredibly fast and incredibly skilled fighter, to the point that other powerful demons avoid them in martial combat. When they fight, she's already been introduced by having her very casually mow through an elite squad of Drow that were formed to hunt down demon spawn in their city (another long story...some of it involving Drizzt lol). When we see her/it again, she's leading a demon & drow army against dwarves and is basically "blendering" her way through them. All is lost until Drizzt engages her one on one. His own speed and skill allows him to engage her 2-on-7 (that is in regards to striking limbs). He slays her with little to no trouble, and this is after having literally just woken up from being mortally wounded in a previous fight.

Drizzt with all of his gear (chiefly his magic swords and anklets/bracers that grant "low level" superspeed) would win IMO.

For as powerful as MU Dracula is, he can, and has, been taken down by normal humans in his history.
The mist argument is nice and all, but eventually he’ll need to -do- something.

Isn't Marvel Dracula something like Colossus strength + Storm's weather control + shapeshifting and some telepathy and magic ability on top of that?  That kind of strength and versatile power seems pretty significant.

Any Drac experts have some notable fights to look at?

Alot of that depends on how much, how recently, and what quality of blood he's drank.

^^^So have a lot of other characters.
Not saying his resume’ isnt impressive, just that in and of itself, it doesnt mean he wins.
Do’urden’s just as impressive, and almost tailor made for this kind of fight, as monsters are what he knows.

Drac also is a nemesis of Blade, whom Drizzt would fucking demolish.

Drac!  He's got a pretty solid history in the MU.  And once the made him the gangly King even moreso.
