DC IDIOTIC IDEA OF CREATRING 4 JL TEAMS

In April DC will try again with what failed b4, that's creating multiple JL with the core members spread unto multiple teams. JL works best with the big 6 with MM and Cyborg being somewhat interchangeable. That doesn't mean you can't include secondary characters, but any JL without at least the big 3 that's SM, WW and BM are just stand-in for the real team. Now DC wants to again split the core members into 4 teams, I don't see it being successful. Marvel have tried  number of times similar concepts with the Avengers & X-men over the yrs but after a while no matter who the creator was unless you had a certain number of cache members  the book didn't sell and was cancelled.

While i've no problem with the multi-team concept, those line ups arent doing anything for me.

Question, as i collect the current JL book with Bats, Lobo, Atom etc...is this and the other JL book going to be cancelled in favor of those new books?
I would think so, but would like to confirm.

Well, fuck  I may leave the JL shit alone for a bit then.  If anything they should do a a JLU style of series.  With a rotating cast for each book or arc.

Right. These minis are leading to the upcoming JL book that Scott Snyder will be writing.

I actually don't mind the line-ups. They can lead to some interesting character moments. I especially like the Batman & WW teams.

The new League will have some members from these minis, in addition to the usual suspects.

It's going to go the way it always does. He'll have some good ideas and 5% will be executed well, 10% will be extreme fuckups, and 85% will be bland bullshit ignoring pretty much any development the character has ever had.

I don't know, Bendis is actually pretty good with solo characters. It's his team books that suck horribly.
