Impressive showing for Mangog.

So, is this another Ragnarok for the Asgardians? Can't see them killing Heimdall off so casually and leaving him dead for long.

Jesus, that's an insane showing for Mangog. And some people were claiming it was his weakest portrayal yet based on the number of punches it took to KO War Thor an issue or two ago...

Cheers.

This Mangog is easier to hurt than before but his strength showings are better than ever.

Why?

He specifically shrugged off a tactic that was used to beat him previously...

Are you going off of his fight with War Thor? Losing the teeth seems like a great showing for War Thor, since those same teeth just bit through/wrecked the Destroyer's armor.

But yea those strength showings are nuts.

For something that's designed to fight off celestials. The Destroyer sure got treated like a Kit Kat bar.  Just read it.  Looking forward to next issue.  Heimdall did the best he could.  And Odin for all his normal ability to just come in & end it all cowering behind the rest of Asgard.  And Cul who thrashed Asgard was ineffective to the point of being nothing more than an emo bitch.

That's a 50 tons level guy wielding a big fuck-off sword which could be magical but then again, the Mangog once compared Thor's strikes to bee-stings. Maybe the Mangog's weaker against edged attacks? Didn't seem to slow him down too much, anyway.

And yeah, I'm not surprised to see the Mangog manhandling the Destroyer like a toy; Destroyer's akin to a REALLY pissed off Hulk in strength, maybe 1.5 X Thor but the Mangog's always been on a different level. Biting off the Destroyer's arm is another matter entirely though. That's sick strength.

Have we seen comparable attempts to cut Mangog in the past that fail to do so?

It is magical and charged with cosmic energies.

Mangog does note that Freya is weakened when entering the Destroyer so it was definitely not at full power. Though I am not sure if the strength of the user affects the durability of the armor

A weakened Freya is probably above a human and The Destroyer is shown to be pretty unstoppable with human hosts.  It is also pretty hard core when animated by a jacked up Maestro:

That's because IT WAS his weakest portrayal yet at 19 punches (arguably for a kill).

This whole business simply shows Aaron and Consistency are strange bedfellows.
