Are the figures Marvel ‘class’ estimates?

If so, I’d rank Knockout a little higher ... she went to a standstill with Barda, breaches a wall designed to withstand a nuclear blast and was stronger than Kon El. I’d say she was 80-85 tons level.

Atom Smasher should probably be 85-90 tons level at least IMO

Thanks for numbering the characters anyway

I’m surprised at the high rankings for Steel ... I know he was virtually invulnerable but didn’t realise he was so strong.

Magog looked to be nearly as strong as PG but nowhere near as strong as Superman. 90-100 tons level is probably about right.

No, just taking Steel as 100.

Yeah, but she had some less stellar showings latter.

No problem.

He had some damn good showings under Johns. Gog the herald couldn't even move him and he toppled third world Gog when entire JSA couldn't including KC Superman.

Later he looked equal to PG who was at an all time high and black lantern Kal L said so too.

Hmmm, when did he look equal to PG? JSA or another title?

I just read that Kal L effortlessly knocked Steel aside when he tried to help PG against him, calling him 'a paperweight'. I need to find that issue.

Was Kal L stronger than Kal-El?

*edited*, forgot about Blsackest Night JSA where Black Lantern Kal-l fought the JSA. my bad*

Earth 2 Kal-L was matched punch for punch by Post Crisis Superman during Infinite Crisis, but outperformed him against Doomsday. He didn't have the psychological hangups that physically weaken Post Crisis Superman against Doomsday as shown in Action Comics 825 , as he's more psychologically confident and wasn't emotionally traumatized by being killed by him as shown in Hunter/Prey.

That's a difference specifically highlighted during his fight with Kal-El in Infinite Crisis, where he traded lives with Kal-El due to them shattering the fabric of space time wkith the force of their strikes, took Kal-El's mind's place during DoS and defeated Doomsday due to his more confident, less self limiting mindset, which is what caused Superman to subconsciously suppress his powers until already near death against DD in DoS.

As he stated to Kal-El during Blackest Night the difference between them is: " You were always taught to be scared of your powers, but me, even as a boy, I'd leap tall buildings with a single bound..."

Kal L said he was a match for PG.

It's Blackest Night JSA 3.

No,they matched pretty equally in Infinite Crisis.

Thanks. To be fair, there's a difference between saying a character could give another character a run for their money and them actually being equal - an old Power Girl Who's Who profile essentially said she could give Superman a decent fight but that she definitely wasn't as strong as him.

PG definitely did better than Steel against Kal L overall but I'd suggest Steel's proportionately more durable than strong - Magog could barely budge him with his blows but could knock PG around just fine.

I'd still say Steel's the strongest on my list though, apart from possibly Major Force.
