A few:
Pangolins (a Pangolin could have a great super-villain design simply by being larger. LOOK AT THEM!)
Polar Bears (Snowbird often took Polar Bear form, at least)
Centipedes
Millipedes
Badgers
Smilodons
Cape Buffalo
Irish Elk (nice rack!)
Bighorn Sheep
Haast's Eagle (the world's biggest-ever bird of prey)
Manta Rays

Most kinds of dinosaur, too. You'll find Sauron, Stegron and a few others, but it's actually rather rare to find an Ankyolsaurus, Velociraptor/Deinonychus or Carnosaur-themed character in comics.

I figured black manta covered that if not at least stingray since he's in the Ray family.

And Badger actually had a series.

Otherwise, The horseshoe crab & tardigrade were my first thoughts.

I saw that- but the thread title says "many". That's only one.

I think they look like armadillos but even more gentle.

Polar Bears (Snowbird often took Polar Bear form, at least)
Centipedes
Millipedes

All good.  As vicious as polar bears are in real life, I think they're still considered too "cute".

Badgers
I guess there aren't many badger heroes, but The Badger is fairly well known by the comics crowd.  Sure, we can only think of one guy, but the same could be said for Wolverine, really.

Smilodons
Cape Buffalo
Irish Elk (nice rack!)
Bighorn Sheep
Haast's Eagle (the world's biggest-ever bird of prey)
Manta Rays

Also, good.

There were also a few TMNT villains based on dinos and that's when actual dinosaurs aren't used such as Devil Dinosaur or the random dinos in the Savage Land.  I think they get a decent amount of representation.

His chest emblem was my first tattoo.

I find the continuing lack of Mantis Shrimp themed characters most perplexing.
