I'm sure better, more informative links will be available soon.

One of the absolute best quotes I've seen:

"Now these sickos are starting to shoot up churches?! This is why I always carry, in case a sicko shows their face around me and my family!"

Charleston never happened because they were black, or what?

Looks like thoughts and prayers are not getting the job done.

According to the fox news mentality, yes. Though if any of the shooters are Muslim, it's a strictly islamic thing. And if the shooter ever even accessed a web page that talked about liberalism or socialism, then he was obviously a violent leftist.

The sheep really believe these things.

Terrible. This is, what, the third church shooting in recent memory?

Charleston never happened because they were black, or what?

Sadly, I expect people are just overwhelmed from the sheer number of mass shootings. It's hard to keep up with them or for any of them to stand out after a while.

I've seen a couple of social media posts by people that amounted to "It was in Texas so they were probably Trump voters, so I'm glad", which is pretty sick.

I mean, after the shooting in Las Vegas, the bump stocks were back on sale.
The things that turn semi-autos into full autos.

So really, you guys shouldn't be surprised. If anything, I'm surprised this
shit didn't happen sooner.

Republicans! The party of the people.

If this is a mental health issue PRIMARILY, then why are there so few mass shooting in Europe? Is it the lack of guns, or is it that “socialist healthcare” works better?

I don't want to cover it up with mental health.  But, this dude seems to have served four years in the air force. Oh!  Wait seems the mental aspect could be out for this guy.  He was discharged for Domestic & had his rank reduced.
Still possible for an undiagnosed issue.

http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/06/us/texas-church-shooting/index.html

"Kelley was a member of the US Air Force and served at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico from 2010 until his discharge, according to Air Force spokeswoman Ann Stefanek.
He was court-martialed in 2012 for assault on his spouse and assault on their child, according to Stefanek. He served a year in confinement, received a bad conduct discharge and had his rank reduced, she said.

In April 2016, Kelley purchased the Ruger AR-556 rifle he allegedly used in the shooting from a store in San Antonio, Texas, a law enforcement official said. There was no disqualifying information in the background check conducted as required for the purchase, a law enforcement official told CNN.

At one point, the shooter tried to get a license to carry a gun in Texas but was denied by the state, Abbott said, citing the director of Texas' Department of Public Safety.

He was court-martialed in 2012 for assault on his spouse and assault on their child, according to Stefanek. He served a year in confinement, received a bad conduct discharge and had his rank reduced, she said.

"So how was it that he was able to get a gun? By all the facts that we seem to know, he was not supposed to have access to a gun," Abbott said. "So how did this happen?"

And he seemed to have been targeting his mother in law.

"Devin Patrick Kelley had domestic problems and had been sending threatening messages to his mother-in-law, Freeman Martin of the Texas Department of Public Safety told reporters in a news conference Monday. He sent a text to his mother-in-law Sunday morning, officials said.

His mother-in-law attended the church Kelley targeted Sunday, but was not inside at the time of the massacre, authorities said."

So.  This would be able the law in regards to him.

Mental health has been openly attacked by the Republican Party since the 1980's, at least. The only time they actually blame mental health is when it suits their agenda. Otherwise they do the pretend "personal responsibility" card.
