How strong is Carol now, and was it an in-universe power-up or did they just start writing her stronger?

So does it really count, then?  Stuff like her fight against Iron Man could be a high showing, or a low showing for Iron Man who tends to get trashed a lot in recent times.  What's she done that really shows strength ?

When the avengers fought Thanos her punch was the hit that finally knocked him out



In ultimates they said she was the mightest member on the team. Their definitely hyping her. Also she can go binary fairly easy now amping herself further

Which I've felt is pretty much Bogus considering the damage he'd already taken and also put out.  Like in nearly killing she hulk.  But, Carol was able to survive his attack.

She got her Binary powers back?  That would explain away any powerup if that's the case.
