I’m okay w. it.
Eight seasons is a solid run, and kickstarted something pretty special. Up front news (as opposed to hey you’re cancelled) shows respect, and gives them a chance to wrap shit up well.
Ten eps means they wont meander, which the show has suffered from before.

Kind of confirms it’s Ollie that will die in the next crossover

What makes you say that?  I'm way behind on Arrow to the point I will probably just check out the end when it arrives, so I'm curious what they've hinted at this season that makes you think this.

Truly sad but I hope this isn't the end. It seems like DC has gotten pretty adventurous by doing things like have Smallville crossover, the Flash from the 90s, etc. Maybe a movie cameo or full blown sequence?

Been rumoured his death was the deal he did with the monitor in the last crossover to save flash and super girl. The producers have also hinted there will be a death in the crossover and with arrow ending seems to hint he’s the death. But could be a coincidence

I didn’t watch this season of arrow but the flash forward there was no Ollie.  But might be wrong with that

People keep faking there death in the future in the arrowverse.  I'm thinking he retires after losing his arm in the last season.

I get how bummed Dinah Drake must be at losing her powers (i would be), but in true super hero tradition, there’s no reason she cant soldier on through other means.
As far back as S2 of ARROW, we saw a device that was for all intents & purposes a sonic grenade:

And in S1 of FLASH, Cisco took the above tech and created a choker that gave us the first legit canary cry:

Dinah could easily get ahold of one or both of these devices, to simulate something she’s used to having.
