Celebrity Fitness Training Programs

Anybody interested in this?

Figure I'll start it out with a less known or thought about training regime.

Charles Bronson's:

According to this; surprisingly enough, supposedly Bronson didn't use weights.

Just push-ups, boxing, rope climbing, knife throwing, running, sit ups, swimming, hiking, speed bag, heavy bag, horseback riding and heavy labor during his youth and generally being physically active.

That's interesting about Bronson.

Seems they're also selling thick white girls for a dollar.

There are a few problems with following some celebrity training plans

-I'd bet most of these people are on some kind of juice, and have the money to pay for both it and for the expertise needed to take it safely.

-They may train insanely hard for a film, and then let it go in between films. Most people would probably benefit from less intensity but more consistency.

-On a related note, most people don't have the time to work out three hours a day, five days a week. So again, less intensity and more consistency.

-Most people don't have access to trainers or a desire to follow complex training schemes with periodization. Simpler may be better. If you only have access to a rowing machine once every two weeks, rowing may not be the best fit.

Bronson's workout seemed more like something to follow. Calisthenics you can do anywhere, low risk of injury, and so on.

As an encore, I'd like to discuss the merits of a three-tiered hydrodynamic system for the mass production of arable agrarian products in a river valley ecology.

Honestly; yeah heard celebrity plans as basically being almost "anti-science" before it's just that they do it for 8 hours a day.

And if you do just about anything 8hrs a day while sticking with something close to a good diet you'll lose weight and probably gain "some" kind of muscle mass.

The juice don't hurt either.

Right. Most people can't train that hard, unless they take a few years to work up to it or are on the juice for recovery.

You guys love throwing the word juice around like it negates everything athletes do. ::)

I admit its a cheat and all, but its not a magic formula, otherwise everyone would look as good as they do, even lazy fucks like us.
But mostly you.
what?

It's about making clear how a person was able to achieve what they did, and not establishing false expectations.

PEDs aren't the super soldier serum but they give you increases returns for effort, and allow faster recovery, which allows people to train more.

I'm not belittling the hard work done by people who train on PEDs. But it's a mistake for someone not on PEDs to think they can train the same way as people who are on them, and think they will get comparable results in a similar timeframe.

Or anything approaching the same results ever, timeframe be damned.
