I wanted to grab it on FCBD, but my store was sold out of #1 and #2. I should go try to find it this weekend.

First arc was pretty bland honestly, but Guggenheim's heart is in the right place. I think X-men Blue started out stronger, though the fact that the original time-tossed members are still around continues to fill me with furious fury. This gimmick needs to evolve or die.

Read the first four issues and does have that X-men feel, but the interpersonal relationships should be more plated up. Specifically w/ Nightcrawler, Storm, and Colssus being of a class with Wolverine who they don't really know, and then there's the 3 Excalibur members of Kitty, Rachel, and NC. Just a lot of history... Don't need them to get crazy with it, but some winks...mostly just ant more NC hanging with people. Glad Kitty and Colossus have that weird tension.  Also great to see Kitty and to a lesser extent Rachel really come into their own.

Maybe they should be in their own comic call it "The New Mutants" or something?

Am liking this seeies so far.
Good line up, good stories, in that theyre straightforward and actiony, not the convoluted snore fests i got away from ages ago.

They had a huge opportunity with that. I was really hoping that after Iceman revealed he was gay they would go and talk to current Iceman only to find out he's not gay. Then Beast would theorize the longer the time displaced X-Men stayed in the current timeline the more the multiverse tried to heal itself by creating an alt timeline with the focal point being the time displaced X-Men. Like a zipper splitting from the center.

Wouldn't Beast instead theorize that young Bobby is more likely to suck his dog-like penis than old Bobby? I mean, it's science.

Just because he's gay doesn't mean he is into beastiality.

And his dick is totally cat like. Bobby would have to freeze it until it was brittle then break it off to get those barbs out of his mouth.
