That seems to be the argument most have about his travel ban.

Me, I think it should for one very good reason: He's still campaigning! He just held a rally a few weeks ago!

Think there is a legal argument

Basicly from what I gather should the worlds you use to describe a bill during the election be factor in when judging the legality of a Bill.  If it uses different wording but may have the same result.
