Anybody interested in this?

Figure I'll start it out with a less known or thought about training regime.

Charles Bronson's:

According to this; surprisingly enough, supposedly Bronson didn't use weights.

Just push-ups, boxing, rope climbing, knife throwing, running, sit ups, swimming, hiking, speed bag, heavy bag, horseback riding and heavy labor during his youth and generally being physically active.

^^^thats sharp, right there.
He was nicely defined, fairly symmetrical, and just looked straight up solid.
