What's so different about berserker Wolverine and rampaging Hulk?  I'm not seeing anything that Wolverine adds to Hulk except for claws.

A Berserker Wolverine is still cunning, even if in an animalistic way. Rampaging Hulk, not so much.

Plus, giving Hulk claws makes him A LOT more dangerous.
