For the average guy who has a 9 to 5 job, +/- family, who isn't dedicating himself to three hours of exercise a day, what do you think makes a good list of overall, generalized fitness goals? I.e. no specializaiton; it's great if you can squat and deadlift 600 pounds but if you can't run a mile at a time it's no good. It's great that you can run a mile in 5 minutes but if you can't bench press a weight bar it's no good.
Able to touch your toes and sit comfortably in a squat?
Run three miles at a time (30 min or less)
Squat 1.5 your body weight?
Swim half a mile at a time?
Run a quarter mile in... 80 seconds?
