yeah so we will have classic Thor with Ultimate hammer and Foster Thor with classic hammer.

Same powers?

Thor hasn't officially gotten the hammer yet I don't think but Ultimate Thor pretty much had the same powers IIRC so I don't see why not.

The Squadron Supreme being created and involved is (more or less) something that came from SW. The stuff with Thanos and CW 2 is kinda sorta something that came from SW.

I know about the Squadron stuff, but what's the Thanos/CW2 connection?

His return and quest for the CC(his new take on everything really) (which in turn caused CW 2) was a direct result of what occurred during Secret Wars.

Makes sense.
I wonder if he'll be at UT level or above? Wait and see time.

Oh, that works. Any promo art yet?

I've found one pic but it's just thor going for the hammer.

Anyone know the gist of what happened to thor, in general? Loses hammer, loses arm, now hes just a dude with an axe? Or does he still have his powers, etc? I'm assuming it's super vague, but curious if the had a solid stand on it

Fury whispered something in his ear which made him unworthy. I don't think it has been revealed yet what he said. He lost the arm fight Maleketh. Maleketh cut his arm off with his own axe, Jarnbjorn. The axe is a mythical celestial slaying axe he had before Mjolner which he started using again after he became unworthy. As far as his powers it seems like he still has all the physical ones including I believe flying. I'm not sure about stuff like opening portals which he did with the hammer.

Lost hammer. Still don't know what fury said to him. Got his arm cut off and replaced with metal arm. Still has lightening powers but rarely uses it. His axe is a celestial buster and pretty powerful. He's going for ultimate Thor's hammer but hasn't gotten it yet

Female Thor is still around. Mjolnir likes her more then Thor for some unknown reason

They haven't revealed it, yet, but solicits point to Mjolnir being a sentient being that Odin enslaved against its will.  When Fury told Thor, Thor became unworthy.

The 616 Thor gets the hammer from Ultimate Thor and someone else, I think I heard Jane Foster keeps Mew-Mew. ( I love Kat Demmings call it that in the movies.)

Modified:  I just saw someone previously said the same thing.  Sorry.

Ultimate Thor was a lot weaker than 616 Thor, and I think this version of Ult Thor's hammer was tech rather than magic.  So do you guys think they'll use that or keep the lower level of power?  Or just make it so this new hammer is on 616 Mjolnir's level and ignore the rest?

Pretty sure Ult. Mjolnir turned out to be magical, too. Also, it'll probably be said to be less powerful than the 616 version.

He eventually got a magical hammer, but it looked just like regular Mjolnir, it wasn't the same one he originally had.  Loeb did it, as I recall.  The original hammer, with that shape, was tech based and he eventually got it back when he lost his powers and Stark repowered his old tech suit.

I didn't read the end of the Ultimate line, though, so they could have done another reveal I'm not aware of.

I wondered the same on the previous page.
Guess we'll see!
