Anyone tried the new Mars Protein bars yet?

Just saw a new thing called the Mars Protein bar.

Anyone here tried it yet?

https://www.proteinpickandmix.co.uk/snacks/mars-protein-bar-57g/

My past experience with Protein bars is that they generally taste like shit. I might be tempted if this one actually tasted like a Mars bar as the nutritional stats seem half decent.

Bloody things are expensive unless you are buying in bulk. Haven't seen them in any shop yet though (only online).

It seems to be British only.

yeah I've tried them and the snickers ones too. They taste fucking amazing. Local protein warehouse sells 12 bars for £20.

Appreciate the replies guys, wasn't aware it was UK only.

I was reading some reviews on Amazon UK and they do say the bars taste great although I saw some people mention the Grenade Caramel Chaos Protein bars (higher protein, lower sugar) so I ordered 12 of those which I'll take in September.

I will order the Mars Protein bars after that though to test them out. With the higher sugars they should be better for a bulking month I'm planning in October.

Got the order of Grenade Caramel Chaos bars in the post today (very quick from Amazon).

Just tried one a few minutes ago and frankly I am really shocked how good they taste (the reviews on amazon were not exaggerating).

Its a big bar (60g) with 23g protein, 7.9g of fat and 1.4g of sugar.

Honest to fuck I don't know how they got it to taste so good. Its so good my first thought is that they are lying about the nutritional stats.

I'll still try the Mars Protein bars next month but I'll be amazed if I don't go back to these afterwards. Incredible.

Yes they are but you gotta buy them in bulk as the singles are outrageous.
