Yeah, I do push-ups, selected ab-exercises, and what I think are dips (that's with a chair?) most days. For mental health try running/jogging. I try to do 2 or 3 miles most days, anywhere from 5 to 7 days a week. If you're running every day I wouldn't go past that. Some organization recommends 14 miles a week (CDC maybe?)
Eating well and sleep are good too. When drinking limit yourself. Don't always tie one on.
I mean I'm not one to really give advice on any of this stuff. But like you, Animila, I'm not a fitness expert. Just a guy trying to be a bit healthier and take better care of myself. This is just what I do.
