Can't think of too many respect threads for this character:

This would be focusing primarily on the post-crisis version.

Flame Bird:

Inspired by her attraction to Robin the Boy Wonder Bette Kane decided to try her hand at being a superhero in the hopes that she could meet him one day.

Flame Bird vs A Couple Bounty Hunters (what I could find of it):

Affecting a large shape changer with her kick:

Arm-bars Aqualad:  A super-humanly strong opponent

Good at tennis:

Flame-Bird was the only Titan of "Titans-West" that Robin considered as potential "Titans" material:  A team with super humans on it

Flame Bird's somewhat agile/acrobatic:

Flamebird flashes Klarion:

Bolo's and Shocks Klarion/brief fight with Batgirl:

Uses Pyschology on Lil' Lobo:  Hurts her foot kicking him, also is Lil' Lobo's flamin' babe

So where does that leave Flamebird?:

According to her bio she has about as many devices as Batman and his family, but she primarily seems to focus on shock bolo, flare and the odd batarang.

Skill:

Both Huntress and Batgirl (Cassandra Cain) have a pretty decent advantage on her, though she's mind controlled in the Huntress fight but still.

But she did manage to arm-bar aqualad and affect a large shape changer with her kick but not Lobo and Huntress did say she had a backhand going for her.

So maybe a-list level skill for strikes and grapples presuming she actually manages to get one on but C-list, maybe low b-list for skill in general.

That and she can take beating going by her Mind controlled fight with Huntress.

But since her first attacks tend to be bolo-ing someone and shocking them or using her flares to blind them, she doesn't seem to generally depend on her HTH skills as much as other street types do.

Hella fun read.
I'm a sucker for underdog characters like this, and was really hoping more would be done with her at one time.

Yeah I was surprised by just how many of her appearances were background cameo kind of stuff.
