I can see Dragin being overwhelmed by enough Madri, if his power still works lie i remember.

The Main Character seems fine (I didn't hate him).
- The Supporting Characters are believable enough.
- The Dialogue seemed natural.
- The Action was practically non-existent this issue..
- Decent part-Reveal/part-Cliffhanger ending.

^^^Fully read issues 1 & 2.
I like this, for much the same reasons you listed.
The ending of the first issue made me smile, both in the scope of the problem (the art really gor across this is a big deal), and this kid's totally natural reaction of 'wait. What?'.
Issue 2 moved fast, and had some nice character moments all through it.
The costume evokes Spidey of course, and the ending this time out, with the costume mishap, is something i could see happening to a young Peter Parker.

really Riv?

the tag titles?
Sure, why not?
Its over the top af, which fits Strowman perfectly.

I don’t think anyone is making a claim that Cyclops is on Deadpool or Black Panther’s level in skill—a real salty pointless post when someone is asking for feats.

Cyclops, I think has shown more skill than Hawkeye, like taking a part a bunch of canon-foder  assailants blind folded. Or taking apart a powered team like the Dark Riders (Apocalypse’s lesser-but-still-super-powered bench squad after the Horsemen). He was the HtH mentor of many of the X-Men. So yeah he’s not BP or Deadpool in skill but that’s far from a case of him not having any chops. I’d say he’s shown more over the years than Hawkeye, but it’s not a runaway fight by any means.
Thanks for the reply.

Anyway, point made on my part re: Cyclops, and and Visitor Q handled Clint.

It wouldnt be the first time someone's gone over a quality tag team in a 2 on 1 handicap match, though it might be one of the most believable.
Its never happened for the titles, at WM no less.
The Bar who i love, should beat the tar out of Strowman before he wins.
The Bar also started selling the cincept on commentary as soon as Strowman showed up which was great.
Good or bad this match has quickly become something a lot of fans want to see.

Yeah well, you liking DBS, or any DB, pretty much means we have nothing left to say here.

So I am curious what kind of feats Cyclops has.
The kind where he gets his ass kicked by characters that can actually fight.

Just because Cyclops knows MA doesnt automatically make him one of the best MA in comics or some such.
He's on par w. Characters like DCs Rick Flag...

Competent for sure, and on a good day able to briefly trade blows with an A (or B) lister, but nowhere near beat one.

No problem, i'd just rather see Strowman win the titles by himself.

I'm sure its possible to make something entertaining out the NG concept but its not something i'm going out of my way to see. If its someday on TV or whatever, i might give it a shot.
I get shit for saying it but, Kirby's creations never really appealed to me, aside from an idf character here and there.

So weird. ???

Yeah the color palette is knda washed out, you're right.

One thing i like is a teen hero at DC who's -not- a sidekick or a Teen Titan. That's pretty unique.

Not a New Gods (or Inhumans or Eternals) fan. Thinking pass on this one.

Wow, was it really that interesting?
I havent even really looked into/at that one. I'll check it out today.

Man, how'd i miss this? Justin Jordan is a writer who's work i've liked since getting back into comics last year, and Rocafort's art here looks better than it did on Ultimates.
