DC Drones / Re: Do you find Superman boring or interesting?

The novelisation of Kingdom Come probably summed up Superman best for me.
Tired, broody & fed up with mankind unable to learn from its mistakes.

There's a chapter describing the constant inner turmoil of hearing everybody's cries for help & how it made him feel inadequate in the early days.
How he would fly into space to get away from all the voices...

Then there's that cameo in Hitman where, from memory, he confides a moment of doubt when trying to save some astronauts..

Always loved how he exaggerated Bat’s cape giving it a life of its own.

Batman & Harley on Netflix.

I sure as hell wasn't expecting close ups of Harley's ass, implying Nightwing had an erection, Batman looking down at Harley's panties strewn on the floor, vibrator battery references & Harley farting in the Batmobile...

And Harley saying she had a Lolita-Goth outfit made me all gooey inside.

Fair enough man.

I've only seen Strange & IW once & I'm honestly not that invested in the characters to carry on debating.

People REALLY need to stop bringing this up. It's stupid for a number of reasons.

Juz saying...you establish the potential of something in a previous movie, it's gonna be obvious when it's not used or attempted in the follow-up.

What previous movie did Strange do that? Did he take limbs off the acolytes in his film?
I'm talking about the potential of the portals...it never occurred to Strange in all his possible scenarios to even give it a try.
How do you know he didn't try in any of those 14 million scenarios? They didn't show them.
Then it's a shame they didn't show Strange trying to use a portal to seperate the gauntlet.
It would've been the pivotal highlight of trying & failing before contemplating all over scenarios.

Also, why do you think Strange would even know to do that? He didn't see Wong do it to Black Dwarf.

Considering we see Strange go from sceptic to novice in his solo film to mastering his powers in Infinity Wars...I'm kinda assuming, if not speculating that Wong taught Strange more ways to use portals.

You say it's stupid for a number of reasons...what exactly are the reasons?
It's kinda like complaining that Spidey uses his webs too much...

And Strange never once attempts to use a portal to seperate the gauntlet from Thanos' arm.

I think it's because some men get that guilty angst after sexual release/relief.
Or they're prone to add an emotional attachment to a sexual encounter.

I don't think women are "wired" that way when it comes to sexual relief.

It's the other way around.  Men are usually the type to not get attached while women have more of an emotional connection to sexual encounters.  Thus, one of the reasons why men are more likely to sleep around.

I'm not talking so much about a sexual encounter with another human but the act of sexual relief...whether it's from a dildo or a robot.
That sudden surge of adrenalin can make some guys feel guilty or consider what they did as dirty afterwards.

There’s always going to be some amount of downplaying the power of omnipotent weapons like the Infinity Gauntlet in combat, either through plot or lazy writing.

I think it was Honest Trailers that pointed out that it wasn't so much as downplaying the gauntlet's powers but downplaying the potential of the other characters.

Hulk's presence quickly became non-existent to the plot.
Same with Loki when he ridiculously tries & stab Thanos.
And Strange never once attempts to use a portal to seperate the gauntlet from Thanos' arm.

Yeah, I have seen people getting really upset over sex bots and I don’t get why.  They are basically vibrators for men when it comes down to it.

As someone who has cleaned a soda machine before I can guarantee they won't be cleaned well enough.

I worked security in a brothel years ago...

Let me tell you, when you go to inspect the rooms in-between clients & you come across a "mysterious" package & you're wondering if it's money or drugs accidentally left behind...9 outta 10 times you regret opening that package...

but I'm absolutely against banging a used robot?

But their motto is, "We always fresh for you..."

I juz feel sorry for the poor dude who has to hose out & sanitise their orifices every hour.

The make-up is taken from John Wayne Gacey, apparently.

It could also be part of his stage act as a comedian...

Yeah, it’s too bad because I think he’d have made a great Bruce Wayne.

Old Bruce Wayne reminiscing on his crime fighting days...younger actor playing Bats in the flashbacks.
