Bison doll-stomps Liu Kang's head. Kang counters by dropping an MK arcade machine on Bison's.

Here's the Sentinel port

I side w/ Ock tho. Kurt can take a few at his very best, but he's getting swatted most of the time.

I'm pretty sure Kurt was shown porting off a Sentinel's upper torso in a Danger Room session in the final Claremont/Alan Davis run I think it was? Still not something he does very often I don't believe.

As far as Nimrod goes, I think the problem Kurt had there in that scan was that Nimrod was ready for him that time due to Rogue(?) using Nightcrawler's powers to pull the same tactic in a prior battle.

Edit: Nevermind, I didn't even bother clicking on the image, assumed it was the fight where Kurt's port attack on Nimrod backfired.

I recall Kurt porting off Bastion/Nimrod's arm again during the whole Hope/Messiah Complex story too, but don't remember the specifics. All I know is that things didn't end well for Nightcrawler.

Maybe he'll survive, only to be left....BLIND?!? Heimdall the All-Seeing, can't see shit! Drama!

Also, Odin is a fucking coward.

Don't forget the Soul Glo.

How I'd write it:

Bane's all cocky and tosses the shield w/ all his might. Foregoing evasion, Cap instead leaps right into its path whilst spinning mid-air to catch/redirect the shield, taking full advantage of all the momentum Bane put behind it. Whack, Bane is KTFO/tossed through some convenient window so he can retreat.

Thing tries overpowering Superman by growing as large as he can, inadvertently growing so stupid huge that he becomes an abstract a la Pym and Absorbing Man. Superman realizes what's just happened thanks to 4D/Soul HD vision and uses Super Singing to alter Abstract Thing's vibrations, redefining the very concept of Thing into something marketable. Superior Thing thanks Superman before meandering off to enjoy newfound life as the newest member of the Incredibles - Uncle Ben.

Winner: Both

I find the continuing lack of Mantis Shrimp themed characters most perplexing.

Pretty much the major literary fictional villains's origins really

Frankenstein, Dracula, Captain Ahab, SATAN

The deformed/scarred masked genius - The Phantom of the Opera?

Cromics scenario:

Joker gets his hands on that Midgard Serpent tooth that Rhino used to gore Thor ( or some other one laying around in a museum somewhere ). Puts together a lethal cocktail of Joker venom and Midgard Serpent venom milked from said tooth. Enlists CAPTAIN FUCKING CLOWN to engage and stab Thor. Captain Clown gets smashed to pieces, but Joker's anguished rage at Clown's destruction soon segues to jovial laughter when Thor's frown suddenly turns upside down..Hijinks ensue.
