Game Cage / Goodnight Konami, you sweet prince
« on: September 18, 2015, 12:24:55 PM »
Wait, did I say sweet prince? I meant fucking dickhole of a company which holds the IP's to Oats and I's favourite franchises which are now just going to focus on mobile games and turn stuff into online panchinko games and horribly abuses its staff making game devs do janitorial duties because someone in their department spoke out to the press and he got fired and they all got shuffled away who have to change their e-mail address to something randomized once a month with admin issued passwords so that they can't be recruited by other companies who got rid of Hideo Kojima their money making machine who think it's okay to make an app based gambling game for Castlevania called EROTIC VIOLENCE

Bwah I say, if Kenyans didn't want to be stereotyped as fast runners, they shouldn't be running fast from those lions I say.
There's lions in Kenya, right
I need to know because a dentist buddy of mine is taking me hunting soon

ICT / Clementine Vs. CORALLLLLL (tv series) - The Walking Dead
« on: September 11, 2015, 06:11:28 PM »
Clementine (Season 2) against CORAL from ... I guess season 5, seeing as that's his most recent appearance.

No Lee, no Rick, a huge battery farm (as in, where chickens are forced to lay eggs) with plenty of odd tools and such around, and random walkers around.

If Clem dies, so does AJ.
If CORAL dies, so does .... wait what was his sister's name

Music, Movies, Tv and Books / Cast your remakes
« on: September 11, 2015, 05:12:52 PM »
We all know Hollywood is "creatively bankrupt" so remakes are coming!
Cast your fantasy remakes here, based on an interchange I saw Patton Oswald and Dwayne Johnson have;

here's TWINS

I'd actually be down if this became a thing, I like both enough to at least HOPE it'd be decent

some ground rules;

No finished movies
No dead dudes
ie no fantasy castings

So no; "Vincent Price as Count Dooku in Episodes II - III" because A) Vincent Price was dead at that point, and B) the movie's already come out.

{TB Exclusive} A “Mega Man” Movie Is A Go At Fox
September 2, 2015

  〉Does the titular battle droid have a blockbuster cannon?

20th Century Fox and Chernin Entertainment have started development on a fan favorite in the video game world. Heralded as one of the most popular video game franchises in history, MEGA MAN is now on his way to the big screen. Feel free to be cautiously optimistic.

One positive sign of things to come is Chernin Entertainment. David Ready and Michael Finfer are overseeing for the company, while Peter Chernin produces. Together they have a pretty solid pedigree for sci-fi action movies, including the recent/upcoming Planet of the Apes films. Mike Ireland and Ryan Horrigan are overseeing for Fox.

Mega Man, originally called Rock Man in Japan, was first released in 1987 for Nintendo by Capcom. The backstory for the game is that a man named Dr. Light and the android that he built to be his lab assistant, Rock, were betrayed by the evil Dr. Wily, who stole Dr. Light’s work and made evil robot with special weapons to take over the world.

Dr. Light reconfigured his lab assistant into a battle droid with armor and a cannon, which he then called Mega Man. Once victorious over the evil robots, Mega Man can mimic their weapons, which are useful in the games as certain enemies are vulnerable to other enemies weapons.

Now, many video game films have been hyped too much before their release only to fall short of even the lowest expectations due to budget shortfalls and creative conflicts (or mountains of cocaine, prostitutes, and the failing health of a leading actor in Street Fighter’s case), but since Mega Man has such a loyal following and the series is known for embracing its nostalgic 8-bit roots, worries that the brand doesn’t have enough appeal or a signature style should be unfounded. Maybe I’m just a cock-eyed optimist, but I feel like we’re looking at the next Resident Evil instead of the next Super Mario Bros.

DC Drones / DC down $2 mil, Editors told to "stop Batgirling"

That is really unfortunate, this might/probably means less creative books and more big NAME BRAND HERO ONLY. Guess Batman's getting three more titles.
