They could probably approximate that feat.
Or perhaps the sub was emerging on its own power and Aquaman speed up the process.
Again, my main rationale is that his other strength feats seem just too far off.
The same can be said for Thors "star" feat in infinity war.   His other strength feats just aren't the same ball park.

The star feat is more of a durability showing than a strength showing.

As for Aquaman, we should remember, it's an underwater feat.  I doubt he could push a sub around on dry land.

He struggled with that pillar on land. Yea it wasn't super hard, but he was grunting and clearly relieved when he put it down.

He casually ripped the hatch off the sub (which is designed to withstand quite a bit it of pressure) with one hand. That feat is above the pillar feat so clearly the pain he was under from attacks (as AP mentioned) had to have had some play in it. Not to mention other feats he had above it (though all were in the water or having just gotten out).

On Topic Hulk is just too strong and durable he wins

Thor only had the two appearances as I recall. While Cap had an entire series. By vertue of feats Cap. If it was Hulk might be a different story

My rick Falg - Nikita http://www.gstatic.com/tv/thumb/tvbanners/8131919/p8131919_b_v8_ab.jpg
Deadshot - Black Hood ( just carries more firepower)
Boomer but - Grandstander http://comicvine.gamespot.com/the-grandstander/4005-20217/  More for attitude than anything else (Australian Cyclone comics)
Bronze Tiger - Grendal  http://comicvine.gamespot.com/grendel/4005-29748/
Nemisis - Barnacle (Cyclone comics also). Don't have a link for him. he was an enemy of Jackaroo and also targeted the southern Squadron in a contract ( http://comicvine.gamespot.com/cyclone-australia-anthology-6-first-birthday-issue/4000-142184/ ) assassin master of disguise that no one really knows what he looks like (even his arch enemy Jackaroo)

I'll think of a few more later.

Now that's funny.
Saw this thread and didnt remember posting on started thinking of a line up while I skimmed and I'll be damned if its not vertually identical ro my original (didnt think of Nikita this time round)

I'm actually wondering how much help from the first two that Spider-Man and Longshot will actually need. Longshot in particular is almost custom built to screw with this team. He causes the marksmen to miss and maybe hit each other while Ivy falls for him and they go make out for a while.

Pretty much this.
Either LS or Spidey could solo on a good day. Together theu don't need the rest

Dick has a slight skill edge and a massive edge in ferocity and tenacity. I dont see that compensating for Bale bats vastly superior gear. His suit is going to tank everything Dick can dish oit and more and he has plenty of weapons to end it quickly

Shaman
Vindicator
Guardian
Sasquatch
Aurora
Northstar
Puck

Vs

Night Thrasher
Rage
Namorita
Firestar
Nova
Justice
Speedball
If this the most current of the NW, they got rhis in the bag.Cuz, Firestar and Nova and Speed Ball all got huge power upgrades.

I was thinking classic/original versions for both teams
At the end of the first Nova series, Firestar was opening up worm holes, Nova had moved comfortably into High Mid herald and Speedball learned how to manipulate matter with his kinetic field. Even learned how to punch with it. Still NW.

If that is what you think gives NW the edge you clearly have no concept of what Vindicator, Shaman and Guardian are capable of.

In a forum fight operating at their best AF. Averages makes it closer due to AF higher members having more instances of Jobbing.

With his trident, Aquamam should win. Without it, Spidey would take it.

Yeah now that fangirl mentioned it Spidey does have a decent edge in agility. More so than speed.

That does make it closer. Still think Arthur takes a majority

REALLY? the only edges spidey has is speed and not by a large margin. Combined with his spider sense might mean he can extend a fight quite a bit. His webs give him a ranged advantage

In every other stat (strength, durability healing) Arthur has a significant edge. I dont see Spidey's webs holding him long enough to allow him to take it (4 super strong Atlnteans holding him with chains didnt slow him much). All Arthur really has to do is make one solid connection to put him on the back foot and turn it.

If with Iron Spidey suit from IW different story

Proof Superman was not fully recovered?

The fact that he was still cut as shadowknight said. When he did get recharged that cut healed in seconds.

I'm not going to discuss what that means for the Nuke and how it would have affected him (its nothing more than speculation or conjecture). So all we have to go on for his durability is the Nuke.

However it was quite clear he was jot at his best since he was still nursing injuries. Batmans blows not affecting him really doesnt proove otherwise as honestly they wouldnt affect him at well below half power. The thing is the exact level to which he is weakened is also speculative. Could have been 10% - 30%. We just dont know (though i doubt it was more than 20-25)

Certainly, the Batman fight proves Superman can recover quickly, even if we assume he wasn't at full power since he went from being tossed around like a ragdoll to not even blinking from punches in the span of about a minute.  There was what, ten minutes between his fight with Batman and his fight with Doomsday?  Seems like that should have been more than enough time, cut or not (he's not Wolverine so a cut on his cheek should take some time, but anyway).

Still, let's go by your numbers and say Superman was at 70-90% before being hit by a nuke.  He was nearly killed by that nuke even at mostly full power.  The Sokovia blast was still several times more potent than a nuke and Thor was perfectly fine afterwards.  That means Thor is more than 70-90% of Superman's power.  It took the heat of a dying star to get anywhere close to damaging Thor the way that nuke damaged Superman.  No matter how you slice it, Thor still comes away looking at lest on par with superman if not superior.  Certainly, he looks far above Diana who has yet to really pull off any feat like that.

Don't disagree with any of that.

Prior to Ragnorak I'd have pegged Thors durability as marginally below Supes. Ragnorak with him finally showingnhe could go an extended battle with Hulk and obtain a win via attrition that shifted to Thors favor. IW and the neutron Star now definitely makes him Supes Superior in energy durability. Possibly peers in blunt force.

Given the headbut sequence between Dianna and Clark in JL we can clearly see the disparity. Arthur based on his blunt force and energy durability is a notch or three behind that pre ragnorak level.

Thor takes the fight I was merely answering your question on where its shown he was still weak from K poisoning. As to him not being Wolverine we have the clear image of the cut healing in an instant with a "sun dip". He may not heal on logans speed level but certainly faster than was shown.

Some interesting things to consider

1. it would be interesting to see if the Water Shield Arthur used in that final Battle vs Orm on top of the ship could protect him from Thor's Lightning. It would also be interesting to see if Thor with his ability to control the elements could actually control and close it down.

2. I'd also be curious to see if the lasso could have any effect on Stormbreaker compels people to do what Dianna wants would she be able to use the lasso to take bond of Stormbreaker.

3. Also would Diana not also be as worthy as Thor to wield the weapon.  we don't actually know if Stormbreaker requires worthiness but I assume it does

For the actual battle itself I would say Thor takes it I do however think they're going to make him work for it pretty damn hard

For sure Steppenwolf looks less impressive in light of Justice League for the reasons you mentioned.  Aquamom's quindent stabbed Steppenwolf and now Arthur has one that is 2-3 times more durable at the very least.  Still, Steppenwolf appeared stronger than Arthur despite getting stabbed.  He needed help in beating him.  It doesn't help that the trident can only stab but would not be capable of dismembering, which is probably a faster way of beating Stepp.  Thor's axe should get the job done faster, if nothing else.
I don't think the Trident is limited to only stabbing.

For one, when Atlanna fought the Atlanteans sentnto bring her back she slashed a t a few from memory.

In the Orm Arthur challenge both made sweeping strikes that the considered dangerous enough to dodge. One such by Arthur eas right befor Orm kicked him back after the trident just missed his head.

Finally there was that incident innthe battle scene of Orm and Mera's dads armies and the 4th kingdom. In which Arthur rode his sea horse along side an Atlanean sub and sliced it open like a cantelope all along the side with Atlan's trident.

I agree that Thor can probably donit faster throwing Stormbreaker (like he did vs Thanos), just saying I dont think we can assume a solo battle between Arthur and Steppy would still go how it did in JL.

I could see modern Thor killing Kurse by himself.  Same goes for Ronan.  [UWe know Aquaman can't beat Steppenwolf,[/u] so it'd probably come down to Thor chopping his head off.

As for the Kryptonians, we know Aquaman can't do much against one and they outnumber Thor, so they lose in the end.

I'm not so sure the underlined is true anymore. He hurt Steppenwolf with his mother's trident. Said trident was cut in half by a strike from Orm's fatjers and then his trident was totally shattered by King Atlan's.

We also know a standard Atlantean metal weapon is stronger with greater piercing capability since Black Manta's standard human blade couldnt even pierce Arthur's flesh while Atlantean metal weapons cut him easily.

Clearly Atlan's trident >>>>>than Atlanna's and can do more damage.

Re Kryptonians IF Arthur could hold a couple long enough between say water shield (usimg Atlans trident like he did in the final fight with Orm) and say deep trench monster for Thor to run one thru with stormbreaker they may at least take out 1 or 2 of 3 b4 loosing say 3-4/10. If it was only 1 or 2 of them I see a small chance of clearing
