Sure why not. Dumber movies have gotten Oscars.

I think there are plenty of comic films that have deserved Oscars honestly, for example, this year? I really believe Infinity War deserves it. Its a move that has been hyped for a decade and LIVED UP TO EXPECTATIONS. In one of the most divisive times in this country's history, for us to come together and agree that movie was badass and DELIVERED, I think should not be ignored. Not to mention, it was written great and the character development especially from Thanos was superb.

Not enough black people, tho
No, but plenty of africans, as the first (and last) line of defense for the planet, no less.

When you think about it being a superhero/supervillain have a lot in common with being a drag queen. Eventually you're gonna have some overlap.
Thats a really good point.
Of the gazillion forgotten characters that were created in the 40s, many were pure fetish feul, and at least one was a crossdresser.

Well I was talking more about how it's two groups of people driven into a passion that involves elaborate dress up
Sorry for the disconnect, i really liked your point. That dress up goes in some strange directions at times!

Superman oneshots Odin

If I were ever going to get a Herochat tattoo, it would be “Superman oneshots him.”

That, or “Worldbuilding”.
“NPC” across the knuckles?

The Six Million Dollar Man didnt have a huge cast or many recurring villains. Made for a quick build, though.

DEL SPOONER
(Steve Austin)

A man barely alive, until they rebuilt him. Now he works for a super secret govt. organization as its lead agent.

MISTY KNIGHT
(Jamie Sommers)

Cop turned cyborg turned super secret govt. operative.

TOM BANACHEK
(Oscar Goldman)

He got no love, or screen time, in the Transformers franchise, but i liked him. He was my first choice to head the Office of Scientific Investigations (OSI).

DR. DOUGLAS FARGO
(Dr. Rudy Wells)

Just the omnidisciplinary scientist to both keep our heroes running smooth, and explain all the weirdness they're apt to encounter on various cases.

T-1000
(Maskatron)

Maskatron woud switch faces to look like anyone. T-000 ramps it up w. total body replication. This thing keeps making incursions into our time period, and the OSI has to keep fending it off.

JOHN GARRETT
(Barney Hiller)

Hiller never got real popular, but he should have, as the show’s demented bionic villain. Anyway, Garrett underwent the Deathlok procedure, making him more powerful than our heroes, plus he’s a nutbag.

THE BIG GUY
(Bigfoot)

Because Bigfoot was the most offbeat character to ever be on the show. Started as a bad guy but ended up being good. Not before a great one on one fight scene, though.

Yeah i dont much like that guy.
Fairly thought provoking ep. though. Another winner this season. The Moclans have gotten a lot of screen time this season.

my biggest SW build yet.
Wound up throwing in every SW character i hadnt even thought of using before.

VANDAL SAVAGE
(Palpatine)

He was alive back in the old west, and is a big time threat. Especially since he has...

THE TIME TRAIN
(The Death Star)

Not only is this an incredibly powerful weapon in the wrong hands, its the second coolest old west train ever. The coolest is further down the page.

DON RAFAEL MONTERO
(Grand Moff Tarkin)

A foreign enemy operating on American soil. He came about because he fit w. the mooks i wound up choosing as Stormtroopers...

THE BOLIVIAN ARMY
(Stormtroopers)

These guys have Stormtrooper cred imo. It took all of them to kill 2 guys trapped in a building, so you know they cant shoot for shit.

THE GUNSLINGER
(Darth Vader)

Dressed in black, super creepy and pretty powerful. Vandal’s enforcer. One of the perks of having a time machine, Vandal plucked him right out of West World.

SPIDER TANKS
(AT-AT Walkers)

I figure Vandal would like these and supply them to Don Rafael so he could stomp out those annoying rebels.

VARIOUS INDIAN TRIBES
(The Rebels)

The indian tribes are the only ones savvy enough to realize Vandal is fucking w. time, and they unite to try and stop him. Of course, they need some white ppl to help though...

ELLA SWENSON
(Princess Leia)

Being all otherworldly, she senses same as the indians, that Vandal is screwing w. time. She joins their fight.

ROY O’BANNON & CHON WANG
(C3PO & R2D2)

Some comedy relief. Roy’s the tall cowardly one, Chon’s the short competent one. They've thrown in w. Ella, as they're friendly w. several of the indian tribes involved in this fight, to protect her, though she usually doesnt need it.

TOM SAWYER
(Luke Skywalker)

The designated white guy to save everyone. Though he’s good w. guns, he has a lot to learn, as he goes.

CHAVEZ Y CHAVEZ
(Obi Wan Kenobi)

If the indians are the rebels, their Medicine Men & Shamans are the Jedi. Before he dies, Chavez takes Tom Sawyer on a few peyote feuled vision quests, showing him the danger of Vandal Savage.

BRISCO COUNTY JR. & LORD BOWLER
(Han Solo & Chewbacca)

In it for the money, at least to start, Brisco & Bowler agree to provide the good guys transport across the country as they deal w. the impending menace.

THE WANDERER
(The Millennium Falcon)

Transport will be provided by the coolest train in a western. This baby can ride any rail, and even has secret ones crisscrossing the country. Brisco & Bowler are the train’s latest owners.

TROGLODYTES
(Jawas)

Speaking of, while going cross country the good guys will run into unexpected dangers, like these weird ass chuds...

GRABOIDS
(Sarlacc)

...and these voracious monsters.

BRET MAVERICK
(Lando Calrissian)

An old friend of Brisco’s, who conveniently shows up on the Wanderer needing a ride. May be a mole for the bad guys.

OLD MAN TONTO
(Yoda)

This crazy old indian Shaman picks up where Medicine Man Chavez Y Chavez left off. Having ridden w. Probably the greatest gunman the west has ever known, he preps Tom Sawyer to take on the seemingly unstoppable Gunslinger in single combat.

...and how pissed he is at Kieron Gillen if he has.

This post is one big SPOILER

Book starts w. scenes of devastation, as US, Russian, and Chinese heroes tell give Cannon (readers) details of an alien invasion that's wiped out one city and is raging globally. Cannon’s like ‘meh’, which pisses off the US hero. Cue demonstration of Cannon’s h2h skill before he agrees to help (of course).
As Cannon leaves the room his manservant recaps his origin/motivations. Cannon returns & gives the heroes a way to take out the aliens. And they do.
Afterwards they call in to Cannon saying their countries are opening lines of communication in the wake of victory, & asking him to take a leadership role in what’s to follow. Cannon basically hangs up. His manservant asks him what’s up, & Cannon says the invasion was a fake, a ruse to get the major countries to start working together peacefully. He knows this because it was his plan.
His manservant’s like ‘YOU did all this?!?’ and Cannon says no, he’d dismissed the idea because it wouldnt work long term.
But, he deduces, that can only mean they HAVE been invaded, not by aliens but by a Peter Cannon from another dimension.
Which gives us the last page reveal of a long haired Cannon in an Ozymandias inspired outfit.
Fucking hilarious.

Was a good read, though, i’ll be picking this up.
