After seeing how well some celeb workout stuff was debunked on here, I was wondering about this one. Anything to it or another non-starter?

Just hire BLT to develop a plan for you. He does online coaching and you know he's legit. Plus he posted here for about a decade.

He does nutrition, lifting programs, the works.

The only way to actually know is to physically do stuff. Tons of highly recommended workouts sound good on paper but you need to establish what you enjoy doing to make yourself look forward to it.

Does that shit in real life; hell even got interviewed by some kind of online magazine or some such shit at least once.

His workout is posted here but I'd recommend getting in touch with him. He's a natural athlete and he's incredibly k owledgeable

If you want some ideas check out athleanx on youtube and it's website - I like that guy as well. I know BLT personally, so i can vouch for him as an individual. he will get you real results if you follow his program.

If you like powerlifting I recommend Westside barbell, bit I think BLT is likelier to suit your real life purposes

Dude, what do you do now? 

I've got some people who P-90 have worked wonders for.

I've had clients loss so much weight that they had to get new shit.
When I trained them.

Knew of trainers that could lift themselves.  But, couldn't train people due to trying to train them as they train themselves or a lack of knowledge or care for others or weaknesses and strengths.  These were your standard base personal trainers.


And I'd recommend Kane as well.  Very knowledgeable and often posts vid to Facebook and Instagram.  So, you may see him training, or painting at times.


Otherwise, look into someone that's going to be able to go over shit with you and help you get it right.  Unless, your going to build a small home gym find a good place to workout at and keep focused on your goals.  Because, for some people it's a place to socialize more than workout.
I went with home equipment due to having accessibility to it when I want.

And Fuck Hamburglar cause he really doesn't contribute anything more than cow farts.
