You can find it in virtually any major grocery store or what have you. It's become the new trendy health food and people use it as a post workout food because of the protein but chocolate milk is much better. Still it's actually pretty good overall.

People don't realize that you need the sugar, primarily in the form or carbohydrates, after a workout. Combine that with the protein content, studies have found it to be superior to most everything, including specific post workout shakes and what not.

But your combining two things to attempt to get the effects of one. Not to mention you're still lacking the right carbs to protein ratio and caffeine is great post workout. You don't need that much protein at one time. 20 grams is probably ideal and you could get that in about 2-2.5 cups of chocolate milk.

Having a Greek yogurt post workout isn't a lot of protein, its not even 20 grams and a lot of people drink sports drinks to keep hydrated anyways. A lot of people don't want to drink 16 to 20 ounces of chocolate milk either. Is it a good substitution? Yeah. Is it better? That depends on the person. It really doesn't matter though how your getting your carbs and protein as long as your getting your carbs and protein.

My jizz contains 30 grams of protein, and is fortified with COQ10, Lutein, Lycopene, and 1200mg of Omega-3 fatty acids.  Everything the body needs.

But Greek yogurt is good, too.  I prefer to eat the Stonyfield Oikos organic one, and I feel it's also a lot creamier than normal greek yogurt.  It definitely doesn't have enough protein, thoguh.  Especially if you weigh more than 150lbs. or are trying to actually build muscle/strenght.

No thats not being regular. 10 minutes after getting up I take a shit. I take another shit around 6. Solid but easy poops. I also get my daily fiber too.

Nothing keeps you more regular than wheatgrass juice.  Just sayin.
