It was tough - the issue on Mars is probably technically stronger, 6 & 7 are more influential, and 11 is all kinds of awesome, but 10 is where shit gets serious...er. The reunion of the Night Owl/Rorschach team is fun to watch, we get the first Veidt reveal, and that "All Along the Watchtower" quote as Night Owl & Rorschach are being watched by Veidt puts my hairs on end, it's so perfect and you know they're completely out of their league.

Watchmen.  I don't know what monster? means but I probably don't like it.

"Monster" is the title of the story.  It's the issue where Banner's childhood abuse is revealed.  (Mantlo is accused of stealing the story from Wrightson.)

I'm going to vote Watchmen here.  The Secret Wars II tie-in at the end brings the Hulk issue down a little.
