Also most of gail run the sales went up a bit. Had some time in the top 20, out of it later on. Sitting pretty well in the 70's at its worst
Yeah, that's just flat out factually incorrect. 53,090 44,628 42,897 41,948 40,771 39,489 38,116 37,086 36,514 35,562 34,583 33,583 33,277 32,322 32,622 33,237 33,365 31,857 33,065 32,755 30,131 29,657 28,806 26,972 26,265 26,152 25,156 I'll give you one guess what those numbers represent, but since you'll probably need way more than one guess, I'll just tell you. It's Wonder Woman's sales figures starting with Gail's first issue. First issue is at the top. If you follow the numbers starting at the top and moving your way down, you'll notice a trend which can not accurately be described as "up" by any definition of which I am aware.

you would have to compare the numbers when gail WASNT on to when it was one Why would I have to do that to see that she was losing readers at a consistent clip for the entire duration of her run? But in the extremely likely chance that you still think you have a point... 132,580 84,618 76,998 69,860 64,414 62,458 60,168 58,772 58,561 54,472 52,983 50,880 48,385 One of those is the first issue of the recent relaunch, and another is the last issue before she took over the book. I'll let you sort out the particulars.

Wait wait, so virtually every single issue of Gail's run sold worse than the entirety of the run before hers? She was actually poison to that book? Weird.

It wasn't that she was poison, it was that the book had just been relaunched with a new number 1 with a big time creative team and shit. Then it tied into events, and then finally Simone took over.

It's more like she had no noticeable effect on the existing downward trajectory of the book's sales.

I am going to become a Aquaman fan just so I can whine about WW getting special treatment.
