I see Greco as the real fight, the struggle for position, the acquisution of angles and contols etc... much like BJJ is all about getting to the position to finish with a submission. I see Freeestyle as all about th4 takedown, with less work on the actual infight. You can be strong, fast and athletic to need it less. Its mor elike catch in the sense that catch is all about the finish and less about the potision

   Catch has so many subs its preposterous (in a good way) I watch my erik Paulson videos and that fucker moves 3 inches to his right and says " here is a fatal hold to rip off your opponents spleen!" What!!!! BJJ is not like that. In BJJ we spend two hours "then he might do this or he might do that and you might do this or you might do that - in the end here is the armbar'"
